skycable online service in cebu

in this time and age where everything can easily be accessed through the net, companies have to keep up. i can't believe there are those that do not provide their customers with online services. skycable is one. it's the leading cable provider in the country and so disappointing to note that their website, skycable.com, only caters to metro manila subscribers.

early today, i had to drive all the way to the mandaue office to pay. and when i asked if there's a way for skycable to reprint my bills, i was told they couldn't and that they don't keep copies. aha! mr. edwin celestial was being unhelpful and lazy 'coz i doubt that companies don't keep records. he wouldn't have had that encounter with me if skycable provided these services online. i could easily just access my account from home and print the bills myself. on top of that, paying would've been so easy. i could either charge it to my credit card online or do a wire transfer through my atm card.

these are simple needs but will definitely make our lives as customers very convenient if addressed. looking forward to a positive move from skycable in cebu.

No online payment for SKYCABLE. Most of the time late jud akong payments.. Maabtan ug 3 months.

yes they don't have the option. i just checked with hsbc credit card and i see skycable in the list of payees. it has got to work.

I am a regular subscriber of their cable and broadband service for years now. However, nobody seems to know whether an adjustment will be given since new rates for broadband are lower now. Poor service.

that's the sufferings we have to endure with a company like mandaue's sky cable....nothing personal on their poor service/feedback...it's just that they are a 3rd world company with employees who mostly are just paid for their worth..cant expect above average service....even if there will be an equally big competitor, dont expect any better service..same thirld world company with same average to below average employees.... part of some of the daily inconveniences that we will just have to bear with...

there's no signal in our area near redemptorist church. why has this been happening lately? almost everyday and 2 nights in a row. i thought that when you switch to digital,it will be better. this is very frustrating and i pay extra for these inconvenience! ridiculous!

Skycable 3 nami ka adlaw nga walay signal naunsa naman mo intawon???? gibayran namo namo ug 1 year package. tawage ko ninyo 5126420 kinahanglan pa ba mo balikason didto sa ofc ninyo????? inyong mga numbers dili manubag cg lang ga ring. if d ni matagaan ug gibug aton akong hangyo banatan ta mo sa bombo ug ubang radio station.

WE HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH SKYCABLE I HAD LOST MY FAVORITE CHANNEL 39. WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THEM A WHILE AGO WITH THIS LANDLINE 3464255.

Skycable...signal is clear sa among location but the problem is ang TV5 pwerti jud batia..putol2x nya sakit au sa mata kung manan-aw mi. Hangyo lng ko, unta mhatagan ug pagtagad sa daling panahon. mao gani unta ng skycable mi kai clear au ang signal pero naunsa nman hnuon ni?

GRRRRRRRR been 3 nights without cable. called thier office 3X, received same old answers e.g. reset, turn off for 5 sec or 5 min, manual scan .....SKYCABLE SUCKS!!!!!!!

please cooperate, We call na yearly ang payment but then ,na stop ang subcription namo why is it?

Why man direct mo putol sa line without giving any instruction?

Maybe the only nice thing about Skycable is their MARKETING, they will promise you everything about all the nicest service that they have. In fact most of the condominium developers had been convince by them to exclusively connect to them, meaning as a unit condo unit owner you have no choice but to signed up with them coz the developer won't allow you to install a satellite disk outside on your window coz as what they said it will destroy the beauty of the building or probably the developers gets a percentage commission on every subscriber in it, thats for sure!!! For the pass few days we've been having receiving scrambled signal, complains were made but we are getting BAND AID solution in fact its getting worse by the day.
HEY SKYCABLE CEBU!!! IMPROVE YOU SERVICE OR PAY US BACK OUR ADVANCE PAYMENT!!!

Sus! Way juy klaro ning sky cable and YES! Their services are the poorest of them all! I had been dialing their numbers since this morning and to no avail! Nobody answered the phone! What kind of company is this? There is no signal here in Banawa since this morning and I've got an important show to watch! Damn it! TO SKY CABLE: PLS DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR SERVICES! YOU ARE WAY, WAY, WAY BEHIND WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICES! The owners, I guess, are just too scared to hire decent people and lose moremoney that's why they hired below average people and are less qualified with no customer service and motivation. They (the owners) are only thinking of the big
piece of chunk that they'll get without even realizing the

we have 7 digibox platinum...but we are planning to transfer to cignal. At skycable BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD CONNECTION, ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER, plus we have to give large amount of tips to the guys they sent and the following weeks, the digibox had to be fix again. sonething wrong with the management? or nagsalig lang kay daghan silag subscribers.

old subscriber mi sa destiny cable baratu kaayu among monthly for grabe kadaghan channels. atong gipalit sa sky cable ang destiny wala mag change/increase amung subscription. ang nahitabo, we were out of the country for 2 and half months since d mi lumad taga cebu wa mi mapalihugan ug bayad sa amung cable bills kay ang sky cable dili mabayran online. before mi nilarga gicontact namu ang company if naa ba sila temporary option to hold or disconnect our subscription ingun sila wala. before we left last march april all our bills were settled pagbalik namu sa june gi disconnect na amung subscription nya nakasulay naku na tag 2mos magsettle ug bills karun ra nila gis disconect? gituyo ba ni sa sky cable ug dali2x ug disconect kay baratu kaayu among monthly subscription? walay ayo jud

Vey bad service ang sky cable! Pirme lang mawala ang signal. Abtik kaayo magmonitor sa mga bills pero sa service dli mgtagad. Walay signal pirme, dili pa gyud manubag sa phone. Busy tanan line or cge lang ug ring.
