i have always been a tv freak.
however, because of my erratic work schedule, i have missed quite a number of shows that i believe are vital to my tv-viewing life. i found myself increasingly frustrated, and even grumpier than before. a tv freak after all, is not a freak until she throws a tantrum over missed tv shows.
this further fuels my wish for a Direct TV subscription. if only it was available here!
whoever invented it is a genius. DirectTV allows users to select and record the TV shows that they like, save these, and watch them whenever they feel like it. i am especially looking forward to the system’s pause, rewind and fast forward feature. i think those of you who juggle a number of tasks while watching the tube will agree when i say that this is probably the best, if not, the most valuable feature. i like going back to my favorite scenes and memorizing the actors' lines. Directv allows me to do just that.
calling the cable and satellite tv operators out there, be a genie.
