freebies fun week

this week's the craziest. i can't believe i collected all these stuff from the blogging events i attended. thanks to all the good sponsors and event organizers for the invite that comes with good food, entertainment and...wait for it... media kits, which i prefer to call goodie bags (sounds more fun eh?) it's time to take 'em all out and distribute to the needy (my sibblings). *nuuk* and if there's extra, then maybe give 'em out as prizes! sounds like a plan?

so what's the ngipirt the past week? it started out with the lenovo product launch at the olio restaurant and bar, monday night. lenovo product managers introduced us to the thinkpad and ideapad new releases. two adjectives came to mind to describe the new products i've seen and heard about. aesthetically-appealing and long-lasting.

ordered steak for dinner during the event. asked for it well done but was advised they only do it medium well. agreed without a choice. excited as i had a very memorable steak experience in australia. and then it was served, hmmmm... looks so deli not until you see red liquid oozing out. *barfs*

the following afternoon, off to sm for the sm cyberzone summer festival. after we got our goodie bags *winks* we proceeded to trying out the different booths. boxing and tennis on nintendo wii, guitar hero and rock band drum on sony playstation, laptops with internet connection (which we used as advertising platforms for our blogs, hehehe), photobooth and the epson printer booth where we printed some of the shots. weeeeeee... and yes, we had free entertainment courtesy of... check out the video. :-)

early thursday morning was the american idol finale showing at ayala cinema 3 sponsored by greenwich. of course, i just had to be there. battle between lee and crystal. at the registration booth, i was asked who i'd vote for. andrew garcia? *giggles* by the way i stopped following ai after andrew garcia's elimination. so the question got me thinking.... now, based on what i remember, simon always liked crystal but lee is also talented and cute. cute! that's it! that should get him a lot of votes. so yeah, i said lee. *grins* and i was right!
