balloons, skydivers, gliders, kites, planes...you name it! 'twas indeed a weekend of everything that flies. we (cash, car, toni and myself) were at the 15th philippine international hot air balloon festival last february 13 at the clark freeport zone in angeles city, pampanga. there was no looking down lest you miss the fun.

he looks like he is. he's married to a filipina. he hangs out with filipino youtube sensations like gabe and aj rafael. if only that would make andrew garcia one, but no he is not. awww...i know right! would love him even more if he was. oh well, i'm just gonna think that he is. who is this andrew garcia guy?

my meet-up with the bots (board of trustees) of cebu bloggers society two years ago inspired the creation of ngipirt.com. that is why i'm so thankful and owe so much to this group, my passion for blogging. i still remember seeing jorich, sinjin, beejing, x, kevin chua mingle with all the big time website admins at the digitalfilipino club conference. and until now, it amazes me how bloggers who are so much younger than i am could fuel a group that has gone a long long way. would you believe that i am one of the oldest? i'm only 27! nuuk!

the pcos machine

more of the elections...last time i shared with you how to vote this coming may 2010, on this post you'll get to know a new face in the voting precint, the pcos machine short for precinct count optical scan. as its name suggests the pcos machine will count votes in the precinct level through optical scanning of the barcodes on the ballots. 82,200 of them will be deployed this election.
